The network fee is what the blockchain charges to move your money, not us. Sending on BNB Chain or Polygon costs around $0.10, and on Tron or Ethereum around $4. Both figures, ours and the chain's, are shown before you send anything.

What never shows up on the bill

A monthly chargeThe card costs what it costs on the day you open it. After that the account is not touched.
A fee for doing nothingLeave the balance at zero for a year. Nothing is taken for an idle card.
A renewal feeThe card does not run out and turn into a new one you have to buy again.
A quiet markupUSDT lands on the card one to one. The three percent is written next to it, not folded into a rate.

Questions about money.

Is there anything left to pay after I buy the card?

Only when you add money to it. Opening the card is a single payment, and after that the only charge is the three percent on a top up plus whatever the blockchain takes for the transfer.

What exactly does a top up cost?

Three percent of the amount, plus the fee of the network you send on. Send $100 on BNB Chain and about $96.90 lands on the card. The same $100 on Tron lands as about $94, because Tron itself charges more to move the money.

Can I have more than one card?

Yes. People often keep a virtual card for ad accounts and a second one for subscriptions, so a blocked merchant never takes the whole balance with it. Each card is bought separately at its own price.

Why does the metal card cost so much more?

It is a physical object. The price covers the metal card itself, personalising it and posting it to your address anywhere in the world, with no separate shipping charge at the end.

How long does the metal card take to arrive?

Usually 7 to 14 working days, depending on where you are and how your local post behaves. The virtual and Apple Pay cards are ready in about two minutes, so most people open one of those while the metal card is in transit.

What happens to the money sitting on the card?

It stays yours and it stays in dollars. Spend it whenever you like, or move it to another CryptoCardex card from your account. Nothing expires and nothing is deducted for waiting.
